Bourret Township is governed by a five-member township board made up of a supervisor, clerk, treasurer, and two trustees. This board is elected to serve four-year terms and is responsible for overseeing township operations, managing public funds, and making decisions that guide local services and policies.
The board of trustees meets every second Tuesday of the month at 7:00PM. Meetings are held at the township hall and are open to the public.
